  • Get up and down from the floor to the equipment on your own

Most classes can be modified to accommodate minor injuries and some class formats will be more appropriate than others. If you have any major injuries, have very limited mobility, or are in need of accommodations, please reach out to us directly for a complimentary assessment before signing up for group classes so that we can ensure your safety and success.

All group classes use a mix of Pilates equipment. Class flows will vary from week to week, but you can expect to repeat many of the same exercises each week in order to get better and stronger over time.

At Graduate Pilates, we offer Contemporary approach to the Pilates method that is rooted in core Pilates principles, without confusing complexities. Our approach is clear, consistent, and effective. We pair authentic Pilates exercises, with functional contemporary exercises. We offer exercises on the Mat, Reformer, Chairs, Trapeze Table/Cadillac, and Ladder Barrel. We offer a limited number of props intentionally, to enhance form or muscle activation. If you are looking for a more historically authentic approach to the exercise sequences, Private Pilates Lessons with us will be a better match.
